The reporting section for Admins is slightly different than all other roles. As an Admin you can see the whole company's recruiting efforts across the board not just by assigned recruiters, sources, team leads, and supervisors, but by the company as a whole.

The reports section is broken down into five sections.

  1. Recruiting Reports
  2. Leadership reports
  3. Marketing reports
  4. Custom reports
  5. Candidate Reports

All report building starts by choosing the Build option next to each report type. Once the report you want to build has been selected you'll be given options for choosing your Client, Position, and Locations to start. you can choose individuals or you can choose all of them based on what you're looking for.

Next, you'll choose your recruiters and metrics. Each report will have it's own different metrics section based on the type of report you're running (the image below is based on the Production Report).

Last will be your Date Duration. We pre-populated a bunch of date options or you can choose a specific date range if you'd like as well.

Once everything has been selected you can click Generate Report to have Hiregate put together the generated report which can then be downloaded.

Recruiting Reports will show you the production of your recruiters and sources. Which includes the Production Deep Dive (for viewing production at a granular scale). Production (for viewing a high level of production totals). And Pipeline (for reporting on the total recruiting efforts for a given req).

Leadership Reports will show you a recruitment activity summary for the recruiting teams.

Marketing Reports will show you the candidates that have been set to certain marketing campaigns which can be downloaded as a CSV via the marketing summary report.

Custom Reports is where you'll find the Dynamic Report for building out a completely custom report based on specific criteria you can find on the candidate's profile page. An in-depth breakdown can be found here.

Candidate Reports are made up of seven different reports that can be run. Those include - List by Position & Source, Submitted by Location & Position, Interviewed by Location & Position, Current Employer by Location and Position, Hire Origination, Organization Source, and Disposition and Decline.
