The Team Leads Dashboard is the same as the Supervisor Dashboard. They still can run Dynamic Reports based on the team they're assigned to. They have the ability to manage Client Contacts as well as Requisitions and assign recruiter tasks.
The top of the dashboard shows a breakdown of the Overall Status Of Requisitions, Closures, and Candidates Fall Through based on the requisitions assigned to the Team Lead.
Below that you'll find the Recruiters Performance For Selected Duration which includes counts for (Total Sourced, Avg Weekly Sourced, Avg Daily Sourced, Sourced To Qualified %, Interview To Offer %, Offer to Hire %, and Source To Hire %) for each recruiter assigned to the Team Lead.
As well as Candidate Count(s) For Selected Duration. This allows you to see in graph form, for the date duration chosen, all of the different statuses a recruiter has been moving through with their candidates.
