The sourcer dashboard looks similar to the recruiter dashboard. metrics are shown at the top, along with one bucket for candidates that have been favorited and also candidates that have been qualified to the point of being moved to a recruiter for further screening under the Candidates Ready for Recruiters.
Metrics default to all clients, positions, and locations, but can be filtered to any dropdown specifics if you prefer to drill down into one of those categories.
Clicking on any of the By ME numbers will bring you to the candidate lists based on each bucket area. (e.g. Sourced, Unscreened, Screened, Submitted to Recruiter...etc). You can also search for a specific candidate, and view their profile or the location-specific data.
The View Location shows a breakdown of what's been done for a specific location. It can also show you what you've done versus other team members working in the same location.
