Submitting a Candidate to a Recruiter

When a sourcer has qualified a candidate to the point where they'd like to hand it off to a recruiter, a sourcer can use their dashboards Candidates Ready for Recruiters bucket and search for the candidate they would like to send. Or they can use the search feature at the top to search for a specific candidate and click on their profile.

Once they've found the profile of the candidate, and they would like to send it to a recruiter, they can head down to the bottom of the profile to Submit Candidate.

Clicking on Submit Candidate provides the option for Submit to Recruiter at the bottom of the list.

Once Submit to Recruiter has been selected Hiregate will let you know if you have everything required and checked off for being able to send your candidate to a recruiter. Both Screened and Qualified 1 need to be checked off before it will allow you to send it to a recruiter. If they aren't checked off you'll see an error which will let you know what hasn't been completed.

If all requirements have been met you'll see a pop-out that will allow you to choose a recruiter that is working on the same req that is being sourced for.

You can choose one or more recruiters that you'd like to send the candidate to. As well as a message for the recruiter about the candidate being submitted to them. Once you've made your selections and added a note if needed, you can click the Send button at the bottom right. The recruiter will be notified and they can finish the process of qualifying or disqualifying the candidate.
