Manage Outbound Types - Admin Only Function

The Manage Outbound Types menu option allows you to manage how candidates were contacted also known as the contact type when sourcing for a candidate. This source option can be found in every place that you would enter in a candidate as well as on the candidate's profile page.


The top left shows the Active (set as default) or the Inactive statuses by changing the drop-down option.




To create a new contact type click on the Add New Contact Type from the top right.



From here you'll see the pop-out for adding the criteria for the new source. 



Contact Type: [free text field - for adding what the new contact type will be] 


Once all the information has been added you can click on the Add Contact Type to populate the new one for selection on the candidate adding areas and also on the candidate profile.
