Manage Application Sources - Admin Only Function

The Manage Application Sources menu option allows you to manage where candidates were found when sourcing for a candidate. This source option can be found in every place that you would enter in a candidate as well as on the candidate's profile page.


The top left shows the Active (set as default) or the Inactive statuses by changing the drop-down option.




To create a new application source click on the Add New Source from the top right.



From here you'll see the pop-out for adding the criteria for the new source.



Each of the fields with a red asterisk (*) is a required field and must be completed to save the new decline reason information. 


Source type: [drop-down selector - Used for categorizing and backend reporting]


Source Sub Type: [free text field  - Used to sub-categorize the type of source]


Application Source: [free text field - for adding what the new source will be] 


Once all the information has been added you can click on the Add Source to populate the new one for selection on the candidate adding areas and also on the candidate profile.
