From the Manage menu, select “Client Requisition”. At the top right, you'll see Tasks.
After clicking Tasks you'll get a list of Active users in the system. Scrolling to the bottom will show those that are inactive in red.
Clicking on the radio button next to a name will show the option for their roles as well as the option to View Tasks.
Clicking on View Tasks will bring you to the Tasks page where you can see all tasks assigned as well as being able to add a new task to their role. You can use the search box below the Add Task section to search for the particular req you want to assign them to. You can search by Name, Location, or Req Number. Once all tasks have been chosen you can click on the Add Task(s) below.
You can also assign a task directly from the main Manage Client Position page. Click Tasks at the top right and choose your user/role with the radio button, find the position/req that you want to assign to the user on the left and choose the radio button - (Note clicking on the main position radio button will assign them to all locations under that position. If there's a single location you can click on edit and choose the specific location using the radio buttons.As shown in the image below) then click Assign at the bottom right.
