The Search area at the top of every page will allow the Recruiter to search for Candidate Profiles by using Name, Phone Number, or Email Address. When the Candidate Profile is found it will appear under Candidates List which will also show what criteria was matched (Name, Email, Phone, and State).
You can click on any name in the list which will bring you to the candidates profile for viewing or editing.
Clicking the advanced search option will bring up specific criteria that you can add to your search to narrow down the potential candidates that show up.
