The first time you log into HireGate it's going to ask you to fill out your Recovery Questions. HireGate requires you two choose and fill out two Recovery Questions and Answers. After filling out the Questions and Answers just click Update Profile at the bottom and you can now move to your dashboard.
You can also Reset you password and update any basic information - First Name, Last Name, Initials, Phone, and Email. After making any updates just click the Update Profile at the bottom and your updates should be complete.
You can also connect your O365 or Gsuite email for calendar syncing as well for Follow-ups and sending calendar meeting invites.
