Manage Client Contacts - Supervisor

Click the “Client Contacts” link under manage in the menu bar to the left, which will open the Client Contacts page. The Active contacts will be displayed when the Client Contacts list page comes up. You can also view Inactive contacts by clicking the dropdown in the top left. 


Most contacts will normally be a hiring manager or someone who can make hiring decisions based on candidates sent over by a recruiter.



To create a new Contact, click the “Add New Contact” button at the top right side:




Clicking the “Add New Contact” button will open a pop-up window for adding the new contacts information:


Each of the fields with a red asterisk (*) is a required field and must be completed in order to save the contact information. 


Client:[dropdown menu]

 

Name:[free text field]

 

Title:[free text field]

  

Email:[free text field – enter the email of the main contact for this client]


Communication Type: [drop down list – select phone or email]

 

Frequency: [drop down list – select weekly or anytime]

 

Click Add Contact
