In each candidate's profile is the option to Submit Candidate at the bottom left of the profile screen for hiring managers.

 

Requirements:

The requirements for submitting a candidate are that they have Screened, Qual1, and Qual2 checked off and their Candidate Status is Qualified. They will also need to have a resume attached to them as well. If those requirements haven't been met, you will receive an error message before being able to submit explaining what is still required.

 

There are two ways to submit a candidate.


 

 1) Submit Candidate - This submit option was built to send directly to a hiring manager with the candidates info, documents and an area for the recruiter to add any other important information the hiring manager might need to know. You can also save any of the email verbiage that you write as a template that can be reused for future outreaches.




2) Select for Interview - This submit option was built for times when there might not be a hiring manager directly involved in a traditional process and you would still like to move the candidate through the process without tying it to a specific hiring manager. This method doesn't require you to send an email to a hiring manager, but does ask that you confirm that you do not need to send to one instead.



Once you click YES, the candidate will be moved through to the next Recruitment Stage and open up the candidate interview information area at the top.
